Dominique Bonnel

Passionate about the art of hospitality and the pleasures of the table, Dominique Bonnel embodies the subtle connection between exceptional hotels and the world of wine. After a brilliant career in international hospitality, he naturally broadened his horizons to the world of fine wines, guided by a deep love for gastronomy, wine, and sharing.

His journey has taken him to the four corners of the world—from Paris to Shanghai, from Phuket to Beijing, via Sweden and Canada—where he has managed prestigious establishments such as Le Cordon Bleu Paris, the Pullman and Sofitel hotels in China, and The Pavilions in Phuket. This multicultural experience has allowed him to develop a comprehensive and refined vision of hospitality, where every detail matters.

Today, Dominique puts his expertise at the service of vineyards and wineries, supporting their development with a blend of rigor, elegance, and sensitivity. As a wine consultant for Vin Gourmet in Chaville, he passionately shares his expertise and appreciation for the subtle interplay between terroir, culture, and emotion.

Holding a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, a vocational diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and the WSET Level 3 (Wine & Spirit Education Trust), Dominique continues his pursuit of excellence with the same curiosity and exacting standards: to make wine not only an art, but a unique human and sensory experience.
